MaxLoad Shipping Software uses Intelligent Algorithms to Optimize Complex Loads to Support Multiple Stops, Load Orientation, Stacking and Axle Weight Requirements

MaxLoad Pro uses flexible loading algorithms so you have control over how your products will be loaded, create stable loads and without compromising efficiency. You will be surprised how simply MaxLoad Pro just satisfies your product’s requirements and loading needs.

MaxLoad users can dictate how each carton, pallet, cylindrical SKUs can be loaded inside the a truck, container, or any transit vehicles:


SKU_OrientationSKU Orientation and Placement
When defining or importing SKU data into MaxLoad, you can specify which dimension(s) of the item will be allowed to load vertically. By allowing SKUs to load in all orientations, whether to stand along its height, width or length, more placement possibilities will be considered by MaxLoad to achieve higher cubic efficiency. Users can also specify whether an item should be loaded lengthwise or widthwise into the vehicle – this allows for use of clamp tools or fork lifts during loading or unloading.  For fragile SKUs like picture frames, users can specify these can only be stacked on top of all items.


Automatically Convert Case Quantities into Full Pallets or Mixed Pallets
MaxLoad will load the specified quantity of mixed SKUs specified by the user. SKUs can be loaded as direct floor loads, stacked as full unitload pallets in specified patterns, or if quantity is not enough to make a full pallet, group with other SKUs as mixed pallet loads or left as loose items. All the users need is to input the SKU quantities and check off the option as unitized pallet and/or mixed pallets.


Multiple-stops-Animate-180Priority or Stop Offs
Load SKUs according to priorities or stop-offs for multi-stop truck loads. While SKUs of the same priority or stop-off are proximate to each other, users can specify to have zero space overlap between adjacent stops or to allow certain degrees of overlap to maximize cube utilization.


Keep Same Orders Together within Stop Offs
MaxLoad supports complex load requirements like keeping together SKUs that are for the same order in the same stop-off for easy unloading. You won’t have to find components of an order anywhere else inside your truck or vehicle but in one place.


Load SKUs By Ratio
Load a full container of specified SKUs in a set ratio. For instance, specify a ratio of 4:2:1 and MaxLoad will optimize the container with 4 chairs and 2 coffee tables for every sofa loaded. MaxLoad Pro will maintain that ratio for the entire truck or container.


Use Stack Code and Stack Matrix to Minimize Product Damage
Stack_MatrixWhen stacking order is important e.g. when a mix of heavy and light, fragile items are in the same shipment, assign a stack code to each SKU to prevent product damage during loading and transit. For each SKU, user can further specify the maximum allowable stack height, weight and the best location to place the SKU, if applicable. Use a simple pre-defined stack reference or create a customized matrix to define the stacking relations among difference classes of products. MaxLoad effectively supports up to 15 stacking groups in a simple stack matrix.


Special Loading and Customized Loading Rules
MaxLoad normally fills a container or truck from front to back but will pick different loading algorithms when loading special vehicles. For rail cars with a door located in the middle of the loading space, SKUs will be stacked from front and back towards the center while SKUs will be evenly stacked from floor to ceiling for flat beds, making center of gravity calculation a priority. When creating mixed pallets, emphasis will be placed on creating stable layers.
